Zero Retries Privacy Policy

This is a very preliminary, very amateurish Privacy Policy that will be updated as soon as possible.

I only very recently became aware of the need for a formal, posted Privacy Policy. I previously published my newsletter Zero Retries via Substack, and Substack handled the privacy statement with a link at the bottom on my (and every Substack newsletter) - Privacy. Ghost.org does not (automatically) provide such a Privacy link. I have reached out to Ghost.org Support for assistance in formulating an accurate Privacy Policy as I don't currently understand what information Ghost collects as the hosting system of Zero Retries.

This site / newsletter - Zero Retries, using the domain www.zeroretries.radio (zeroretries.radio uses CNAME to redirect to www.zeroretries.radio), is very new and very much in development, and is written and managed by an amateur (non-professional, not really a business) content creator.

This newsletter is based (written) in the US by a US citizen.

This site / newsletter is hosted by Ghost.org for:

• Web presence
• RSS
• Transmission of email versions of this newsletter.

Thus Ghost.org largely controls what information is collected and stored.

The information collected and stored, that I am aware of, as of the date above, is:

• Email address for those that wish to receive email versions of Zero Retries
• Collection of the name of the email subscriber is optional, but if furnished, that is stored.
• When payment options for this newsletter are activated, information related to payment will be collected and stored, but that is largely under the control of the payment processor partner of Ghost.org - Stripe.
